• Achieve monthly sales quotas by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers, troubleshooting and finding solutions that best fit their needs.
• Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Complete operational duties accurately within required time frames.
