Salary $70,000 - $120,000 per year

Must-have Qualifications

• Active CPA (required due to state ownership rules)
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong tax background across individual and business clients
• Ability to maintain strong, trust-based client relationships in a small-town environment
• A service-oriented mindset — clients expect personalized, detailed attention
• Desire to grow into a leadership and ownership position, even if you're not fully ready today
• Ability to manage a varied workload including farms, small businesses, and individual returns
• Professional maturity and comfort working with a multigenerational client base

• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience in rural/agriculture-focused bookkeeping or tax (not required but helpful)
• Interest in long-term community involvement
• Experience with succession transitions or small-firm environments
