We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team PRN or Part Time. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to assist with the delivery of physical therapy treatment interventions and services, as outlined by an established treatment plan and in accordance with state practice guidelines. This position provides patient care to primarily adult and geriatric patients.

• Provide therapeutic treatment in accordance with the patient’s established plan of care with a focus on functional and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor patients’ progress and report any changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in training programs for community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
• Assist the Physical Therapist in establishing restorative nursing programs and related care to patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current valid Physical Therapist Assistant license to practice in the appropriate state.
