What You’ll Do
- Deliver significant gains in OEE, scrap, and quality
- Evaluate and deploy advanced automation technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as technical escalation point

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5–10+ years manufacturing/process engineering experience
- Multi-site capital project leadership experience
- Strong Lean, root cause, and KPI expertise
- Influence without formal authority
- Communicate strategic intent clearly
- Use data and pilot results to demonstrate value
- Balance long‑term standardization with tactical flexibility
- Lead with integrity and transparency

As a Process Engineer you will be offered pay of $87, dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
