Plywood Production Associate

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Plywood Production team

, this opportunity would be a great fit for you. Our entry‑level positions include various job duties that enable new hires to understand our product offerings and learn proper handling techniques associated with those products.

Our plywood facility runs four shifts. We are currently hiring to fill spots on our relief shift.

Days | Tuesday‑Saturday, 7AM‑3PM | Sunday and Monday off

Swing | Monday‑Friday, 3‑11PM | Saturday & Sunday off

Graveyard | Friday‑Tuesday, 11PM‑7AM | Wednesday & Thursday off

Relief | Monday - Day Shift, Wednesday & Thursday - Graveyard Shift, Saturday & Sunday - Swing Shift | Tuesday & Friday off

• Accurately identify, grade, remove, & neatly stack veneer based on size and quality as it travels down a conveyor.
• Maintain a steady supply of materials,
  feeding dryers with veneer to maximum capacity
  , preventing and removing any plug‑ups that may occur.
• Perform general cleanup duties around the production area, ensuring the workspace is clean and maintained for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth operations.
• Must be able to work any shift (day,춰, graveyard, or relief) as needed in the department.
• Demonstrate strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
