$60.48 – $75.59/hr + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Monday–Friday + Rotating Weekends

We’re seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a collaborative and supportive rehab team in a Northern California beach town nestled along the Oregon border. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of therapists including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and rehab aides. Our therapy services span across acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient therapy
—giving you the chance to grow your skillset across a variety of settings. One of our team members holds a neuro specialty certification, and mentorship is part of our culture.

• Perform evaluations and treatment plans for patients in an acute care or rehab setting
• Deliver bedside and gym-based therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise therapy assistants and aides
• Serve as a clinical instructor for assigned students
• Ensure compliance with all local/state/federal guidelines

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in California (or eligible)
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider)
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
