** General Summary
** This is an entry level welder position that requires a basic knowledge of welding: laying out metal components, cutting, fabricating and welding metal together to repair tools and equipment.
** Essential Job Accountabilities
*** Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
* Produce metal products according to specifications. (Carbon)
* Use multiple welding machines to repair and maintain metal equipment and structures of various sizes. (Arc, MIG)
* Read and interpret diagrams, sketches and blueprints to determine operations, required materials and time frames for projects.
* Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment.
* Follow safety measures including PPE.
** Education
* ** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience
** Certification
* ** Technical school certification preferred.
** Work Experience
*** Minimum 1 years of experience of professional welding experience
** Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

*** Ability to read blueprints.
* Proficient in basic math.
* Working knowledge of industry tools and equipment.
* Good communication skills.
* Good organizational skills.
