- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including draining and refilling engine oil and changing oil and air filters.
- Inspect and top off all vehicle fluids, such as brake, power steering, coolant, and windshield wiper fluid.
- Lubricate moving parts of the engine and chassis with specified lubricants.
- Check and adjust tire pressure and perform tire rotations.
- Perform a multi-point vehicle inspection to identify potential issues and recommend additional service or repair work to the service advisor.
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary replacement parts and supplies.
- Document all work performed on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
- Operate all tools and equipment, including vehicle lifts, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and hazardous waste disposal regulations
