Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

• Lead and supervise a team of two or more members
• Drive a company box truck
• Utilize company software for job management
• Ensure jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
• Operate and train others on equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Adapt to changes for peak efficiency
• Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, pruning, bed maintenance, and clean-ups
• Complete paperwork and information pertaining to job
• Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction

• Minimum of 2 years experience in landscaping
• Experience in supervising a team
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Willingness to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions

Competitive pay range of $22 - $26/hr, with overtime pay for a 40 - 50 hour work week. Pay is distributed weekly every Thursday.
