Overview

Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Customer Care Manager for a growing and established company. Our client is seeking a confident, steady leader to oversee customer service operations. This role leads day-to-day administration ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

Location: Brookhaven, GA

Job Type: Direct Hire

Onsite: 100% onsite

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Own daily operations, service levels, and escalations across group policy administration.
• Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, billing, and customer service teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and risk mitigation.
• Build trusted relationships with brokers, plan administrators, and internal stakeholders.

• 3+ years leading insurance operations.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
• Proven people leader: calm under pressure, decisive, and adaptable
• Experience coaching teams and improving processes in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
