Catering and Office Coordinator - Dining Services at Oglethorpe University

Aramark -  - Responsibilities:
Booking of events, selecting and costing menu items, and pricing as needed;
Coordinates activities with other internal departments; interfaces with vendors and client organizations; represents Aramark at meetings and events;
Ensures sanitation, organization, and safety standards are met through checklists and hands-on supervision;
Participates in catering training programs and helps develop and implement training for hourly, part-time, and student employees;
Maintain files at the location; print menu signs; prepare communication materials for hourly staff (bulletins, schedules, memos)
