This seasonal position requires full‑time availability during the summer months (May–August). • Minimum age of 16

• Previous customer service experience preferred; private club experience a bonus

• Proficiency in data entry and reservation systems

Shifts vary, with the flexibility for required evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Warmly greet members and manage pool reservations
• Ensure accurate reservation management and communication with members
• Maintain pool equipment and set up poolside amenities
• Assist members with pool supplies and amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool area and facilities
• Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively with team members and management
