Briarcliff Manor is a community of about 8,000 residents, located in Westchester County and serves 1349 students. Briarcliff High School serves 479 students, comprised from Briarcliff Manor, Pocantico Hills, and tuition students from area school districts.
The Briarcliff Manor SD is seeking an eager and highly qualified Visual Arts teacher to join our dynamic team of educators and fulfill our mission of providing students with an outstanding education and to develop each student's capacity to put their thoughts and aspirations into action.

Location: Briarcliff High School (Grades 9-12)

Certification
Required:
New York State Visual Arts (Pre K-12)
Salary: Briarcliff Teachers' Association Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and/or Master of Fine Arts (MFA)
- Experience teaching a variety of middle and/or high school Visual Arts courses; ceramics, sculpture, darkroom photography, digital graphics, a plus
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with faculty, students, and parents in creating a supportive and enriching classroom experience
- A joyful, energetic approach to teaching that reaches students of all skill and ability levels
