Customer Care Associate

Vaco has partnered with a growing organization to fill a Customer Care Associate to support employer groups, plan administrators, and brokers by delivering high-quality service and resolving complex inquiries. This role serves as a primary point of contact for group clients, ensuring accurate information, effective problem resolution, and a seamless customer experience. • Manage and resolve inquiries from employer groups, plan administrators, and brokers with professionalism and accuracy
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
• Escalate and coordinate issue resolution with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and retention
• Apply in-depth product knowledge to accurately address questions and policy‑related requests
• Stay current on product updates, processes, and regulatory standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve service processes
• Document and manage customer interactions using CRM or customer service platforms
• Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams to support continuous improvement
• Ensure all interactions align with organizational service standards and performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related college coursework preferred
• Minimum 3 years of office experience, including at least 3 years in a customer service role
• Insurance industry experience preferred
