• Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate information and support regarding their accounts

• Educate customers on key account details, including finance charge accrual and payment methods
• Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in compliance with company policies

• High school diploma or a minimum of 6 months of related experience or training
• Basic to moderate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced office environment
• Strong verbal communication skills for professional interactions with customers
• Problem‑solving skills to resolve issues or escalate as needed

• Previous customer service experience in a related field
• Familiarity with financial products or services
• Experience in a fast‑paced call center environment
