Security Officer - Shopping Center - West Side

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, guests, shoppers, and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout common areas, retail corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, then notify site contacts and/or dispatch as directed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting emergency services when directed, and documenting actions taken.;
Complete routine activity logs and incident reports, communicate key observations during shift handoffs, and support loss prevention and/or crowd management efforts during peak traffic periods.
