Security Officer - Part Time - Day Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor entrances, storefront corridors, and gathering areas; observe for suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues and promptly communicate findings to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; assist with de-escalation and coordinate response with property management and/or local public services when needed.;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and customer interactions; document security-related concerns and follow post orders for notifications and follow-up.
