PM SHIFT Registered Nurse

Join us at Crossroads Care Centers as a PM SHIFT Registered Nurse (RN) earning up to $47/hr. We are seeking qualified nurses to join our team either full-time or part-time, with casual positions available on all shifts.

$40.00/hr - $47.00/hr

The primary purpose of this role is to provide quality nursing care to residents, supervise daily nursing functions, and coordinate resident care with other disciplines, in accordance with federal and state regulations.

• Assist in admission and discharge processes
• Complete accident/incident reports and follow-up investigations
• Transcribe physician orders, document resident information, and review medication orders for accuracy
• Learn and adapt to electronic medical record systems
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered
• Participate in care planning and conferences, updating plans as needed
• Maintain good rapport with all disciplines to ensure resident needs are met
• Participate in continuing education programs
• Must be licensed as an RN or LPN in this state
• Deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and agencies

Current RN or LPN license in this state.
