This role reports to the Business Line Manager, Medium Voltage Drives - MOSE . You will lead local operations, ensuring day-to-day execution exceeds customer expectations through efficient performance. Your mission? Drive lean and faultless operations across the value chain, optimize costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the Purchase Order to Cash process, managing all operational aspects from receiving the PO to the acceptance of deliverables.
• Monitor operational metrics such as COTD, cash collection, quality, and cost adherence.
• Define and execute operations strategies that align with broader business goals, ensuring resilient structures and contributing to service development.
• Foster a customer-focused culture, optimizing business processes to deliver service excellence and profitability.
• Build high-performing teams and promote a culture of safety and integrity through talent development and adherence to HSE standards.
• Manage end-to-end operations and risks, achieving KPIs like Complete and On-Time Delivery while ensuring budget adherence.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in Operations Management, focusing on process optimization, project execution, and quality assurance.
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) to ensure compliance and promote a safe work environment.
• A data-driven mindset, utilizing management tools for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in people management, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire effectively.
• Customer-centric, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality, timely services.
• Travel requirement: 0 - 5%.
• Must have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
