Solutions Delivery Analyst - EDI

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is looking to bring on a Solutions Delivery Analyst with sound EDI experience to join their team on a long term contract in Brookfield, WI.

Duties:

* Drive solutions across stakeholders primarily in Global Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Sourcing, and Product Data Management

* Participate in and contribute to the solution design (encompassing process, data and system architectures) and selection of solutions to support the evolution of the global supply chain and demand planning functions

* Determine request urgency and alignment to business strategy within the global supply chain organization

* Collaborate with business owners to develop business case for requests

* Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis

* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need

* Gather, document, analyze and obtain approval on business requirements from clients and stakeholders

* Translate business requirements to functional requirements, develop functional design in adherence with architecture standards and principles, and provide clarification of technical requirements as input for a dedicated technical development staff

* Document and maintain request and requirements traceability within the request system of record

* Configure functional application solution as part of the build and test phase of solution delivery

* Application of development lifecycle, including the design, coordination and execution of testing of new or upgraded application functionality

REQUIREMENTS:

* Oracle Fusion experience

* Strong SQL experience

* Strong experience with Order to Cash cycles

* Comfortable with data mapping from an integration standpoint

* Some experience with API's would be beneficial

* Swagger, strong analytics background

* Research skills-related trends and facilitate professional development efforts evolving the competency as a strategic, value-add position for organization

* Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders across the company; deliver information to executives, and work with Applications, Program Management and Operations team members to define user requirements

* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
