Position: Full-Time Dental Hygienist
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: 15680 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield, WI 53005
Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay with the option for Daily Pay to access your earnings as you work.

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.
- CPR Certification.
- Open to experienced professionals and new graduates alike.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A passion for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills.
- Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
- Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
- Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment, as part of our commitment to a safe environment.
