We are seeking Resident Assistants to provide a clean and safe environment through non-medical tasks and duties for residents.

Assists new residents in orientation to their assigned apartments and common areas of the Woodlands. May be required to provide assistance with ADLs when needed by residents; tasks may include but are not limited to assistance with dressing, bathing, bedmaking, laundry, housekeeping and possible incontinence care. Provides support and encouragement in a positive manner to AL residents to remain independent.

• Must be able to manually push, pull, and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds frequently for brief periods of time.
• Must be able to manually lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently for brief periods of time.
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, and bend frequently for moderate periods of time.
• Individual will be scheduled based on operational need.
• May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
