Construction Residential Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Brookfield, CT. The Construction Field Project Manager will report directly to the VP of Construction. This role will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with sub contractors and team members, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain compliance with safety and building standards. Responsibilities include budget management, supervising on-site personnel, fostering customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders to ensure the projeft schedule is being met.

The role requires effective problem-solving and organizational skills while working in a dynamic and fast pace enviroment.
