In this position...The Cleveland Engine Plant Finance team is seeking a Finance Analyst with strong business acumen and the ability to interface with our operating partners. The Finance Analyst role is critical to reporting real‑time cost performance and helping operations develop cost savings strategies throughout the facility. The analyst works closely with the Plant Controller, Operations Managers, and the Plant Manager to develop plans to achieve strong financial performance.
Thisposition requires five days per week onsite at the Brook Park, Ohio plant. Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly cost reporting to support operations.
- Interface with the operating team to address cost issues/problems teams may encounter.
- Actively pursue recoveries from suppliers for part shortages and incoming quality issues.
- Complete business case analysis to find optimal cost opportunities.
- Incorporate new technologies into daily operations to modernize the way we do business.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Excel and PowerPoint to effectively organize, analyze, and present financial data, as well as create visually engaging and informative presentations
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
- Self‑Starter and quick learner
- Required Excel and PowerPoint skills
- System tools recommended (e.g., Power Apps, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, SharePoint, etc.)

This position is a salary grade 5 - 8 and ranges from $63,480 - $162,120. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
