Your contributions are noticed and appreciated
As a Lead HVAC Technician based in New York City (Manhattan and surrounding boroughs), you’ll play a key role on our service team. You will:
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems including central air, ductless splits, VRF systems, and gas/electric heating
Provide clear and courteous communication with homeowners and clients
Ensure all work is completed safely and meets required standards
Use Service Titan software to document service visits and updates
Rotate in emergency service calls as part of the on-call team

5 or more years of hands-on experience in HVAC diagnostics and repair
Expertise in troubleshooting both central and split systems
Universal EPA Certification
OSHA 30, SST, and F60/G60 certifications, or willingness to obtain
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
