Provide customer service to staff, students, faculty, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter routes;
Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to Allied Universal management and site contacts;
Complete routine checks of doors, gates, lighting, and security-related equipment and document patrols, incidents, and/or observations in required reports and logs
