Security Officer - Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter prohibited activity and/or identify hazards, suspicious behavior, and policy violations;
Respond to incidents, disputes, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and requesting assistance from site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed;
Monitor access points by observing arrivals and departures, enforcing visitor rules, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts and/or disruptive behavior according to post orders;
Complete timely incident reports, activity logs, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts during shift changes
