** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible security-related presence.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other access points to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when required by site protocols.

+ Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while performing all assigned duties, adapting to varying work environments and conditions as required by the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.

+ Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ Possess a valid armed guard card or license.

+ Provide proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
