Unit Details:

• 26-bed unit

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2

• Patient population includes post-op, surgical, medical, and cardiac

• No titration of drips

• RNs are not required to read strips; techs available

• Floating to PICU required

• No call requirement

• Seal blue scrubs with pediatric-friendly scrub top required

• Unit and department-specific orientation provided

• Traveler-friendly environment with frequent extensions
