Physical Therapist (Outpatient) – Full-Time

Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient setting in the Bronx, NY. This role is ideal for both experienced clinicians and newly licensed Physical Therapists who are eager to grow in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and functional goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and progress
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Review medical charts and clarify physician referrals as needed
• Select appropriate assessment tools to guide patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including discharge planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (or higher)
• Active and unrestricted New York State Physical Therapy license
• 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
