• Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward, including line management responsibility for the branch team.
• Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch to ensure daily sales targets and operational KPIs are met.

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards; lead from the front and drive our safety‑first culture.

• Work average 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00‑6:00 and alternate Saturdays 8:00‑4:00.
