Automotive Body Technician

We are looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our team!

Full Time – Permanent

At Bromsgrove Body Repairs, we are a long-established independent car body repair center based in Bromsgrove, delivering high-quality vehicle repairs for over 21 years. We’re proud of the strong reputation we’ve built locally known for our high standards of workmanship, attention to detail, and honest, customer-focused service. Our workshop carries out a varied mix of private, insurance, and trade repairs across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, meaning no two days are the same and our team benefits from working on diverse and interesting projects.

We are looking to strengthen our workshop team with an additional Vehicle Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience within a bodyshop environment, with skills in either vehicle preparation and paint or repair and strip & fit.

Depending on your experience, your work may include:

• Repair work
• Strip and fit
• Paint preparation or paint support

We are looking for the right person to strengthen our existing team and support workshop flow in the areas where they are strongest.

• Experience with in a vehicle body repair or similar workshop environment
• Good practical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Pride in producing high-quality work

• Competitive pay (based on experience)
• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Early finish on Fridays
