We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a 9-month contract. This is a fully onsite role based in Droitwich, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance function during a key period of growth and change.

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts
  , including variance analysis and commentary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial performance
  , providing insights to senior management.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
  .
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
  .

• Qualified or Part‑Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in management accounting within a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
