The role involves preparing contract documentation, procuring contracts, and financial reporting across housing projects. Ideal candidates will have a Degree in Quantity Surveying, a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Construction Industry, and knowledge of UK Health & Safety regulations. The position offers £42 per hour (Umbrella LTD) with an ongoing temporary contract.
