QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HYBRID WORKING - Commercial Groundworks projects - Midlands region
Salary Circa £90000 + package
Ltd Co Status £450 per day
Working for a very reputable local groundworks and civil engineering business that operates throughout the Midlands region. This role is ideally for a civil engineering or groundworks experienced Quantity Surveyor that wants to have ownership of a variety of projects strictly in the Midlands region. Hybrid Working available for the Quantity Surveyor role.
Groundworks Project Packages- Foundations
- Deep and Shallow Drainage
- Retaining Structures foundations
- Balancing Ponds
- Hard and Soft Landscaping
- Surfacing
All projects are working with commercial and industrial projects/clients. No Resi groundworks.

- Variations
- Cost Reporting
- Negotiating
- Forecasting
- Final Accounts
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within either Groundworks or Civil Engineering
- NEC Contract Experience
- Good Communication skills
- Midlands home location
- Salary to suit circa £90,000

Quantity Surveyor Degree not required, but desirable
