Pay: £12.32 - £12.47 per hour
* plus accrued holiday pay

Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Zero hour contract – gives you flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the nursery needs.

Location: The Old Station Nursery, Bromsgrove, 11‑13 Ednall Lane, Worcestershire, B60 2DF

Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required for this role.

About Our Nursery: Our Bromsgrove Nursery is newly refurbished inside and out. The nursery is made up of four individual spacious rooms, carefully designed for children to become independent learners, with plentiful age‑appropriate resources that invite them to control their own learning and development. It is situated on Ednall Lane, a one‑way street accessible from Old Station Road, just a short drive from the A38.

Parking is available outside.

What Your Role Involves:

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
• Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
