This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrator and Book Keeper at Brew
61, located in Bromsgrove. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, bookkeeping, record-keeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of the brewery's financial and operational processes. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, processing invoices, data entry, and supporting other team members with organizational and clerical duties.

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and invoice processing
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including attention to detail and time management
• Experience with inventory management and basic business operations
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and external partners
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Bromsgrove and support operational tasks as needed
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
