Responsibilities
  • Being responsible for opening, sorting and scanning post into relevant files for IFAs and Administrators
  • Filing of post after processing and ensuring all post is filed correctly
  • Printing and binding of documents such as investment reports and HR files
  • Monitoring the Post email inbox and responding to queries from IFAs and other members of staff where necessary
  • Ensuring adequate stocks of general stationery including supply of toners for photocopiers
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with any queries as appropriate
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of working efficiently in a team environment
  • Effective organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well to deadlines
  • Experience using Microsoft products
