We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced Adult Senior Social Worker to join our dynamic Locality Team for a rewarding 3-month assignment. With a competitive pay rate of £36 per hour, this full-time role offers you the chance to make a real difference.

You will work 36 hours per week, spending three days a week collaborating and supporting your colleagues in the office.

• Conduct assessments and reviews of adult social care needs to develop personalised care plans.
• Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective support and care.
• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced social workers and contribute to team leadership.
• Stay updated with statutory regulations and policies to ensure all practice adheres to legal frameworks.

• Degree or equivalent in social work.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
