Beckenham, Kent, commutable from Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham, Greenwich, Dartford, Orpington

£35,000 to £40,000 + Annual Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Long Term Progression

Are you a CAD Technician or Draughtsperson looking to join a growing specialist engineering business, offering long term stability, training, and clear progression opportunities?

This is a key opportunity to join a collaborative design and engineering team within a busy sheet metal and fabrication manufacturing environment, working on varied and technically interesting projects. You will play a central role in producing high quality technical drawings and design solutions, supporting projects from concept through to manufacture.

The business continues to grow through increasing project demand, creating a stable and forward-thinking manufacturing environment. You will be supported with on-the-job training, technical development, and clear long term progression opportunities.

This role would suit an experienced CAD Technician or Draughtsperson looking for a stable long-term position within a supportive and growing engineering business.

The Role

Produce detailed technical drawings using Solid Works
Design bespoke metal and sheet metal components
Create fabrication drawings for manufacturing
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4pm
On the job training provided across technical design, manufacturing processes, and project support

The Person

Experienced CAD Technician or Draughtsperson
Strong Solid Works experience
Background in manufacturing or engineering environments
