Senior Assembly Technician

Fortis Recruitment Solutions are working exclusively with a precision engineering company based in the Biggin Hill area to recruit an experienced senior assembly technician to join their team.

Senior assembly technician with experience in mechanical assembly and fitting; experience in brazing is an advantage. You must have worked in highly regulated environments and have great attention to detail.

Working hours:

37.5 hrs/week over 4 days (Mon – Thurs). You will need to gain baseline security vetting.

• Manufacture assemblies and sub‑assemblies to documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Lean manufacturing processes
• Maintain documentation fully completed and presentable to clients

• Experience in precision mechanical assembly and fitting
• Experience with brazing
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Baseline security vetting required
