Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Crystal Palace – Estate Agency Environment – OTE £85,000

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly successful estate agency brand to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker for their flagship branch in Crystal Palace.

This is a genuine high-volume advisory role offering strong introducer relationships, an established client database and excellent earning potential.

Role Overview

Based in the Crystal Palace branch, you will deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Advising clients on residential mortgages, remortgages and refinancing solutions

* Managing mortgage applications up to £1.5 million

* Working from an existing database of 500+ clients

* Attending 8–10 new mortgage appointments per week from introducer and estate agency leads

* Writing 2–3 completed mortgages per week

* Working closely with the estate agency sales team in Crystal Palace to maximise conversion

Typical annual banking is expected to be £150,000 – £180,000, with realistic earnings of £70,000 – £85,000.

Salary & Benefits

* Basic salary £27,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance)

* Financial guarantees available

* OTE £55,000 year one

* OTE up to £85,000 year two

* Excellent commission structure

Candidate Profile

* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

* Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

* Strong understanding of whole-of-market mortgages and protection products

* Highly organised, professional and target driven

* Full UK driving licence

* Clean credit history and no criminal convictions
