As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils to boost learning and engagement
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and pupil progress monitoring

- Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils’ social and emotional development
- Helping to create inclusive, engaging, and stimulating classroom experiences
