Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bromley Town

Our client are a specialist subcontractor in Civils, Groundworks/Externals, RcFrame, Structural Alterations & Basements. Due to steady growth and several new projects starting, they're looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

It's essential you have relevant experience and ideally your professional background will be with sub-contractors.

Role Overview :

* Cost control across basement works, structural alterations, RC frame, groundworks, shell & core, and external works

* Prepare and manage valuations, variations and cost reports

* Subcontractor procurement, payments and account management

* Support commercial risk management and value engineering

* Liaise with project managers, site teams and clients

* Ensure commercial compliance with contractual and company procedures

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within structural or civil works

* Strong understanding of cost control and commercial reporting

* Confident communicator with a proactive approach

* Ability to work effectively on challenging projects and sites
