** JOB SUMMARY
** The
* * Parent Program Transportation Driver's
** overall objective is toensurethe safe transport of campers, staff, and VIP guests. Additionally they will support all departments with seeking and supplying materials and operational needs.

They will drive in a manner that is safe and reliable, as well as comply with all laws, Woodward's Fleet Vehicle Policy and safety protocols. Drivers will also maintain confidential communication between parents and staff to support the needs of campers.  
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Serve with a team of drivers to provide around the clock coverage of transportation duties Ability to drive assortment of Woodward vehicles (sedans, small SUV's, and 15 passenger vans and shuttles) Operate a vehicle to execute assigned duties Ability to drive 4+ hour trips Cabin Counselor duties as assigned Other duties as assigned

** Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision, agile, and able to pivot quickly Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of people
