Responsibilities
  • Understand clients’ needs and financial concerns
  • Educate clients on how to plan ahead to prepare for unfortunate life events and circumstances
  • Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long‑term financial goals
  • Cultivate relationships to help every family member or individual pursue financial security
  • Build an insurance and financial practice by establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
  • Provide compassion and guidance when clients face unfortunate life circumstances
  • Maintain a clear focus on developing and maintaining long‑term bonds with clients, fostering trust and continuity within the community
Qualifications
  • Sales experience preferred – business mindset, no mile too far
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Desire to help families and businesses “Be Good At Life.”
  • Strong business acumen and professional business demeanor
  • Perseverance in the face of challenge
  • Ability to engage community and leverage personal networks/contacts
Compensation

$80,000 per year
