Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, overseeing Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

The Guest Service Department Manager ensures that Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, sales promotions are executed properly, all service staff are trained, and the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru are organized for optimal service.

The Kitchen Department Manager guarantees high‑quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and training of kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.

The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates crew throughout their tenure.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager at our corporate‑owned restaurants.
