This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Broken Arrow, OK. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and CSA certifications. Additional responsibilities include training team members on quality control protocols, identifying and addressing quality issues, and working with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
The role also includes preparing quality reports and collaborating with clients to ensure product expectations are met.
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes, and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
- Proficiency in Inspection Techniques, Testing Methodologies, and Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Fabrication, Machining, Stamping, or Tool & Die
- Solid experience with Documentation and Reporting for quality standards and compliance
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills to train and guide staff effectively
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address quality issues proactively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly beneficial
