Licensed Practical Nurses will provide direct care for consumers receiving behavioral health treatment in a secure inpatient forensic facility under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assessing and recording health status, participating in responses to interventions, administering medications, reporting to supervisors, and serving as a charge nurse on the unit.

• Level III
  :
  Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse (or license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) plus two years of practical nursing experience.
• Level II
  :
  Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse (or license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) plus one year of practical nursing experience.
• Level I:
  Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse (or license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact).

• Must pass an OSBI background check.
• Must be willing and able to travel as required for the position and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a physical examination that includes lifting/carrying 50 lbs and pushing/pulling a maximum force of 25 lbs.
