• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses transferred within 90 days of residence)
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna assists with obtaining certification after hire if needed
• TB skin test accepted within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation

• Provide one‑to‑one patient care in the home environment
• Execute physician‑prescribed care plans and document care in the system of record
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
• Promote health, provide teaching, and train family members
